Lord of the flies...

One week home with 2 sick kids all by myself and then I get sick too turns in to this:


And this is me with no shower, food all over my shirt and of course I cant put Abby down EVER!

Thank goodness daddy is HOME!

There she goes!!

Abby is crawling so good now! I was even able to capture a "happy feet" moment. It is funny to watch her because as you can see she pushes with her left foot and then drags her right leg.

I am so crafty!

It is so nice to have friends that are CRAFTY!! All my life I have made little things and now I have a little craft group and it is so fun. There are just 3 of us, we meet once a month and we let our kids run wild and we get to chat and craft.

Here are a few of our projects:

We made little purses out of placemats. No kidding! These were SO EASY and turned out really cute.
Then we made crayon rolls this month.


Digiland is getting in to Hyrbid projects lately so here are a few I made. I made some little magnets for my Christmas Craft this year which was pretty fun.


Then I made some blocks for K.


I see an ETSY site in our future....

Where to begin...

It has been hard for me to just jump back in to posting! So much has happened over the past year so I dont even know where to begin. So I guess I will just start.

The biggest thing that happened this past year is we have a new addition to the family. We had another baby girl this May, 2 days before our other daughters B-day. Her name is Abigail and she is 9 months old now and just starting to crawl. She is such a bundle of smiles and she sure likes being held all the time!

Then Kaitlyn is finally potty trained! I had a bunch of time off during the holidays so I finally buckled down and worked on it really hard. We didn't leave the house much so it just finally worked and clicked for her. It has been so nice!

Our basement remodel is coming along quite nicely. I am glad Jer didnt listen to me and just settle for carpet and paint. It has been a huge job but it is going to be such a nice space when (IF) we get it done. Here are a few pictures of the PROCESS!

Lastly, I started a little business venture! I call it Knappscraps. I have been doing digital cards for a Photographer friend of mine (Bridge Photography) and have been loving it! I also did my cousins wedding invites and a few other Christmas Card orders for people so hopefully this year I will be busy with more of that. You can check all of that out through the links on the right side. I decided to finally try my hand at designing too so I am going to be entering a contest at Little Dreamer Designs. Wish me luck and I will keep you posted!!

Well, I think I am back...

I decided to start new and I dumped all my old posts so here we go. My old blog was getting too... just not so good. I also decided to give Blogger another try since it looks like they are a little more user friendly and customizable now.

So there will be lots more to come since it has been a really exciting year for us so far!
